Delivery

Delivery time is 1 to 3 business days (does not apply to custom-made items or items not in stock in our warehouse).

- Every item comes with a preview option before payment

- In the event that the consumer is not found within the delivery period at the address provided by them and/or access to the delivery address is not provided, FlexiBag is released from its obligation to deliver the ordered goods and, consequently, the consumer loses their rights under the order placed for the delivery of goods.

-Transportation costs related to the replacement, return, or complaint of a product purchased from FlexiBag are solely at the expense of the consumer. All shipments sent to FlexiBag at our expense will be refused or returned to the sender, unless individual conditions have been agreed upon with our associate.
