Product Return Policy

Product return option:

With FlexiBag, you can not only buy easily, but also return products easily.

According to the distance selling contract, any customer may return the product in an undamaged commercial condition without stating a reason for complaint within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

All transportation costs for returning the product are the obligation and responsibility of the customer.

FlexiBag will not accept returns for products sent with cash on delivery.

Using our feedback form on the Contact Us page, you must describe that you wish to return a product (or all products) from the order, by filling in the following mandatory information:

- Your order number (you will find it in the order confirmation email).

- Reason for returning the product.

- Indicate that you wish a full refund from our side.

Once we receive the shipment, we will contact you to confirm its receipt and that the goods are in a preserved condition that allows us to accept them back, and within 14 days you will receive your money back by bank transfer.
